Attorney Phil Berg speaks on his Federal Suit to Stop Obama, this week on Listen on Demand on World Crisis Radio with Webster Tarpley.

On Aug. 21st attorney Philip J. Berg requested a temporary restraining order in Federal Court against the nomination of Barack Obama, citing evidence that candidate Barack Obama is not a US citizen, and "the obvious problems that will occur when the Republican Party raises these issues after Obama is nominated." Berg argues that Barack Obama was born in Kenya in 1961 to an American woman, Stanley Ann Dunham, and a Kenyan man, Barack Hussein Obama Senior, as reportedly shown by a birth certificate from Mombasa Maternity Hospital and witnessed by Barack's relatives. According to the law at that time, a parent could pass US citizenship on to a child born abroad if the parent was at least 19 years old. Obama's mother was only 18.

No hospital birth certificate has been produced to prove Obama was born in Hawaii, only a certificate of birth registry after the fact, which forensics experts have denounced as a forgery. New photos of the certificate were posted on the Internet on Aug. 21st at FactCheck.org, which is a project of the Annenberg Center, a longtime sponsor of Obama. It is quite suspicious in itself that the "facts" are not being "checked" by an independent source, and that only a short-form certificate without the name of the hospital is shown. Barack's mother could have flown from Kenya to Hawaii right after the birth, then reported that she had the child at home, in order to secure her son's US citizenship. The judge needs to subpoena Hawaiian officials to provide an original hospital report of birth.

Moreover, when Obama was six years old his mother remarried and moved with her husband to his country, Indonesia. Records indicate Obama was naturalized as an Indonesian citizen. Indonesia does not allow dual nationality, so even had he been born in Hawaii, he would have lost his citizenship then.

Even if Obama is able to provide a US birth certificate, a dozen more insurmountable scandals face this unelectable candidate, which the Republicans can hardly wait to unleash on him after he is nominated.

1. When Obama recently made an issue of the number of houses the McCains own, McCain shot back with much heavier artillery: Obama's friend Rezko is a convicted felon, sitting in jail. Obama is the candidate of Chicago corruption. His other cronies Auchi and Alsammare are also convicted felons who have stolen hundreds of millions from the Iraqi Provisional authority and from the government in Illinois. This has been detailed by investigative journalist Evelyn Pringle on opednews, and by Webster Tarpley in his forthcoming book, "Barack H. Obama: the Unauthorized Biography."

2. Obama has very close links to the convicted Weathermen terrorist bombers Bill Ayres and Bernardine Dohrn. He shared board memberships with Ayres on the Woods Fund and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. This and most of the following scandals are detailed in Tarpley's "Obama – The Postmodern Coup: Making of a Manchurian Candidate," released in June.

3 Obama is very close to the racist demagogues Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Otis Moss III, Hopkins, Meeks, and Pfleger.

4 Obama has been accused in Federal Court of using crack cocaine by Larry Sinclair, along with gay sex. The Obama camp retaliated by arresting Sinclair in an enemies list operation by Beau Biden, son of veep candidate Joe Biden.

5. The mysterious deaths of black gays in and around Wright's Church: Donald Young, Nate Spencer, Larry Bland could be linked to Obama.

6. Obama's relations to Chechen Terrorism through Ilyas Achmadov.

7. His relations to CIA-controlled Palestinian factions Khalidi and Abu Nimah.

8. The mysterious deaths of key Clinton delegates and floor leaders just before the convention: Bill Gwatney and Tubbs Jones.

9. The alleged Michelle Obama Hate Whitey tape.

10. Then of course there is the problem that Obama is a very weak candidate as regards appeal across the spectrum. In the primaries Obama was not able to carry any of the big Blue states that a Democrat has to win in the electoral college for the general election.

Obama is not able to appeal to the electorate on the issues, only on his personality. His attempt to appear populist fails since he is in fact the puppet of the right-wing Chicago School and revanchist Brzezinski faction. Instead of offering what the great majority of Americans want, peace abroad and fixing the economy at home, he will deliver increased austerity. The war in Georgia shows that the post-9/11 era has now ended with a new cold war against Russia, inspired by Obama's guru Brzezinski.

As Tarpley points out, Obama has never won a real election contest; his way has always been smoothed by engineered scandals.

But this time the scandals are set to go the other way.

The Democrat National Committee has to be certified insane if they nominate Obama. There is no way he can beat "war hero" McCain with a ton of dirty laundry like this around his neck.

And even that pales beside the blamage, the loss of face for the Democrats if they nominate a candidate who is not even a US citizen, thus giving the election by default to the Republicans. That would be the final insult to what is left of the two-party system.

By the way, John McCain was born outside the US, on a US military base in the Canal Zone, but an act of Congress in the 1930's accorded citizenship to all children born to US parents in the Canal Zone. In Barack Obama's case his citizenship hinges mainly on whether or not he was born in the US.

Canada’s Ex-Defence Minister and other researchers on UFO Disclosure

Paul Hellyer, former Canadian Defence Minister, spoke for only ten minutes at the recent X-Conference 2008, held in Washington DC on April 19th, 2008; hosted by Cheryl Jones, television journalist and ex CNN news anchor. The ten minutes in which Mr. Helleyer spoke, despite being relatively short in length, was full of some the most covered up truths of the modern era.

For those that are unfamiliar with the X-Conference, the X-Conference is an annual convention of high profile speakers vying for the full disclosure on the part of certain branches of the United States Government in regards to all information concerning UFO’s, extra-terrestrials, extra terrestrial technology and illegal black ops projects that have been hidden from the American public for over half a century. Those that are familiar with Steven Greer’s “Disclosure Project” but are unfamiliar with the X-Conference, consider the latter an annual disclosure of the UFO/Extra terrestrial phenomena by politicians, government officials, scientists, physicists and keynote speakers from all areas of government and all walks of life.

If you have never heard of the X-Conference it is hardly surprising as this subject is arguably the most secretive, ridiculed and covered up subject of the 20th and 21st centuries. Paul Helleyer’s speech was extremely intuitive and it gave a really insightful look into the realities of some of the more profound government cover-ups that have taken place over recent decades. It takes courage, integrity and honour, the three most lacking of traits of most of our major world leaders, to come out and speak the truth on this matter in the way Paul Helleyer has at this year’s X-Conference.

Quite frankly, from what I see happening in the world today; specifically the wars in the Middle East (and just recently the NATO/Israeli backed incursion of South Ossetia), the corporate and financial induced global famines, and the human-made Global Warming political consensus (for the purpose of carbon taxes, of course), I don’t have a particularly strong opinion of any of the current Western Leadership, except for perhaps the leadership in Ireland, which is currently the only country in the European Bloc to have any say on the shredding of their constitution and political sovereignty.

The Lisbon Treaty is no more than a giant power grab and the centralization of more political power amongst decision makers whom aren’t even elected by any democratic peoples; a system of governance in which MPs will only play an advisory role in the creation of Law. Despite the result of Ireland’s referendum (they voted NO), European countries such as Britain and France are still going ahead with the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty. Sometimes I pinch myself and ask if this is really happening…indeed, it’s unfolding right before our eyes.

So what exactly did Mr. Hellyer have to say during his presentation at this year’s X-Conference? He stated that an Extra Terrestrial Civilization had made contact with the Government of the United States of America decades ago with the intention of helping us change the current course of civilization because they felt we were surely headed for a catastrophe and quite possibly the extinction of the human race on planet Earth. Apparently that wasn’t in the best interests of the USA at the time. What was the reaction of the American Government? “Shoot first and ask question after”.

Mr. Helleyer goes on to discuss other “phenomena” such as reversed engineered alien technology that our governments have been covering up for decades; technology that could effectively solve the energy crisis, which would in turn eliminate the alleged need for most of the major conflicts that are taking place all over the world, but particularly the most devastating crimes against humanity that continue to take place in the Middle East (i.e. Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine). No matter which way you spin it, and despite Religious conflicts being parroted by world leaders as one of the major reasons underlying the cause of some of these wars and internal strife, many seasoned political and military analysts – at least the honest ones- will tell you that these conflicts are all geo-political in nature and for the most part are concerned with hoarding energy resources that belong to other sovereign nations.

The idea of transforming the current military industrial complex into a peaceful space based economy would definitely hinder the power and control of what Alfred Labremont Webre, whom I like to refer to as the godfather of Exopolitics, refers to as the International War Crimes Racketeering Organization, which, according to Alfred Webre, consists of interconnected ego-driven Satanic-inspired networks. These networks are associated with ruling families/elites in Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and continental Europe that Mr. Webre specifically lists
The current escalations of wars, famines and social and political unrest in many regions of the world are all potentially detrimental to the long-term sustainability and survival of our species. The continued use of depleted uranium bombs in these major conflicts exponentially compounds the damage done to our planet and our race (along with all the other species that we share the planet with). The American Government, over the past decade alone, through economic sanctions and military imperialism are responsible for the deaths of at the very least 1.5 million innocent people (including the Americans the International War Crimes Racketeering Organization sent over to Iraq and Afghanistan to inflict death and suffering on their behalf); that’s one and a half million children, women and men. Is it the American people that are really going to war, or is it the International War Crimes Racketeering Organization through their tentacles in Washington that are taking the American People to war? All you have to look at is who is benefiting the most (i.e. who is making the most money) to begin to deduce a clear picture of what is really going on here. One plus one still equals two.

Alfred Webre is not only one of the leading researches and advocates of Exopolitics, but he is also at the forefront of bringing the International War Crimes Racketeering Organization to justice with the creation of the International Citizens 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal to be convened under the jurisdiction of the International War Crimes Tribunal in Kuala Lumpur, for which Alfred is already a sitting judge. Established February 2007 and chaired by Tun Dr. bin Mohamad, who is Prime Minister of Malaysia.

The objective of Alfred Webre’s newly formed organization is to prosecute the criminals that are responsible for the attacks of September 11th, 2001. He names the Bush Administration, the neo-con war hawks in the Pentagon, Intelligence agencies and the complicit media that pushed American Public support for a pre-emptive strike on Iraq with a pack of lies and deception. The steady complicity in the White House throughout the last 60 years in which a steady flow of taxpayer dollars has flowed directly toward the defence industry is quite telling. War seems to be built into the current economic formula of America, which is why the American economy is commonly referred to as a “permanent war economy”.

Geo-Politically, what are some plausible scenarios if the United States and some Western Multinationals – namely large oil and development conglomerates such as Shell, Exxon Mobil and KBR – manage to somehow, or at least attempt to, secure China’s and Russia’s major source of fossil fuel? Many Neo-Conservative (which as a geo-political power block have the same obvious geo-political interests as Zionism; namely controlling the Middle East and it’s resources) “think tanks”, even as far back as 1999 have called for massive military campaigns in the Middle East for the attainment and control of vast energy resources for long-term Geo-Political and Military superiority. Are these lunatics potentially pushing us into a world conflict with these emerging superpowers?

The recent conflagration is South Ossetia is a telling sign that a major conflict between the United States and Russia would surely advance the globalists’ agenda for a New World Order. The insanity of this group never ceases to boggle the mind.
If we were to enter into a cohesive agreement with an off world civilization to implement sustainable solutions for the future of our human race, the power structures that allow these criminals to control the fate of humanity (while lining their pockets) would eventually cease to exist and they would lose their control. This obvious threat to their existence would have to be dealt with indeed, and effectively is being dealt with through a mass boycott on the truth of Extra Terrestrial Civilizations that we are currently sharing the galaxy with.

Through Hollywood, and through most of the mainstream media sources that this subject has ever come up, except for a few noteworthy exceptions, it has either been laughed at, ridiculed or the extra terrestrial presence has been portrayed in a negative light. Decades of repetition has deeply ingrained a certain perception amongst most people in regards to anything about UFOs, Extra Terrestrials, crop fields, flying saucers, alien contacts, Exopolitics or any other related area of research. The perception is that these concepts are science fiction and not science fact.
Despite the overwhelming witness testimonies that have been disclosed by the military, political and consulting experts, as well as people like you and me, in the hundreds of different independent sources, with videos of such testimonies all over You Tube and Google Video; the fact is that most people just aren’t exposed to independent media, so most only ever hear one side of the debate. Most people will react to these seemingly preposterous scientific claims in a way that is logically expected of them. The mind is made up before any rational, unbiased and/or factual account of any evidence is considered, which is the biggest impediment to disclosure: the control of information and control of the peoples’ perception of their world through the information filters of mass media, entertainment and academia.
To really understand Exopolitics, you first have to have a true grasp of the current geo-politics. Geo Politics is all about power politics and to really understand how we as a civilization got ourselves into this mess, we must understand exactly who got us into this mess and why. One of the most commonly overlooked spheres of the geo-political matrix is the control of information, which I believe to be the pinnacle of the current geo-power control matrix.
Exopolitics has to embody the current geopolitics into its methodology and application. Any off world civilization, especially a peacefully one, would have to assume a very cautious and defensive position when dealing with the most powerful and influential Earth governments. Through testimony that has been heard at the Disclosure Project’s first public disclosure that was held at the National Press Conference in Washington DC it seems as though our militaries have already engaged and even shot down “Alien spacecraft” and retrieved and reverse engineered technology well in advance of our own.

When I spoke to Alfred Webre, he alleges that the American government uses a form of x-ray weapon in order to bring down Extra Terrestrial aircraft and that the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was designed to serve as a space based weapon with this specific capacity. Along with this ability, it is speculated upon by many researchers and scientists that HAARP has the ability to create natural disasters, including earthquakes and tsunamis, through high-frequency radio waves, massive amounts of energy into the ionosphere (the upper layer of the atmosphere)with one billion watts of focused energy waves.
Along with Alfred Webre’s continued effort to bring the world’s most alleged wanted war criminals to justice, he is also the International Director for the Institute for Cooperation in Space (ICIS). As outlined on it’s website, “ICIS works towards protecting the sanctity of outer space for all humankind by educating the world on the urgency to ban space-based weapons and to continue world cooperation in space.” So the main objective or raison d’etre of ICIS is the effective banning of the weaponization of space.

Alfred Labremont Webre defines Exopolitics as the following:

Where does this research take place? It’s like a well-oiled machine that has its tentacles working together in media, academia, world-finance, Military Industrial and on the global political stage. It sounds like a grand conspiracy because it is, by all measures, a grand conspiracy!
The day when people realize and understand the true nature of their origins in the stars, the day that people realize that we live in a Galactic community of many civilizations; is the day that the true potential of human consciousness is unlocked and humanity is truly freed. As Eliahi Priest said recently in a radio interview: All the problems we see happening on our planet are symptoms of a greater problem; and that problem is secrecy and a lack of understanding of our true nature and potential as a race. As many researchers have said before me the real war is the war on consciousness and in order for us to win that battle, we simply need the truth. The truth will set us free.

In the heat of the moment, right at the edge of the abyss, the truth often surfaces. I think it just did...and from the most unlikely source - the president of Georgia Mikhiel Saakashvili.

I think what disappoints me the most about American 'leadership' since Daddy Bush, Clinton and this current evil drunkard bisexual moron got into office, is that we as Americans have always hoped for and expected the best from our leaders. Great leadership is how America became the shining beacon to the rest of the world it was...but that bright luster is gone now, turned into an ugly shade of gray-black by Zionist fascism and total deceit.

The world now views America as its enemy...and worse - sort of like 'how in Hell can they go even lower than they already have in proving to the world what they are?' The world has learned to expect the worst from the demonic denizens of DC. That, of course, is not the way it is supposed to be. I have watched all three of these past President-clowns for 20 years, and over time, information has surfaced exposing that hardly anything they've said has turned out to be true. All three are pathological liars, hiding dark, deadly agendas behind their lies and empty, duplicitous words.

Bush: "Russia's actions are unacceptable." In reality our War Criminal President should be slapped into chains and sent to the ICC forthwith for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and ethnic cleansing for openers.

I am watching every detail of this Georgia­Russia collision because this could easily turn into a major military clash between two Superpowers over a pipeline right-of-way and 'that other matter' I am writing about. So, what is this strange color and putrid odor that is now so noticeable?

There was the predictable Tbilisi Georgia photo op after the little Black Poodle arrived and, as expected, featured her and Mickey Saakashvili. In a back-slapping effort to twist reality, Saakashvili is now blaming this entire military conflict on the fact that 'certain major EU nations' rejected NATO membership for Georgia because there were, quote "territorial disputes' within Georgia.

That is total, absolute horseshit ­ to be frank and blunt about the matter. The US and puppet Georgia governments are the ones who *created* the 'territorial disputes' by not recognizing the legitimate vote of South Ossetia and Abkhazia to no longer be part of Georgia. Those two 'provinces' voted, clearly and accurately, back in 1991 to remain a part of Russia.

So, what is actually fueling the current fighting and dying? Read on, you are not going to believe it...and if you are a Christian you should be raging mad at Bush and the US government and Zionist Israel.

I have been trying to understand why the UK stayed out of this 'bloody good show' and have been mute in commenting on this matter so far.

TBILISI, Georgia (AP) - Georgia's president grudgingly signed a truce with Russia Friday, even as he denounced the Russians as invading barbarians and accused the West of all but encouraging them to overrun his country. A stone-faced Condoleezza Rice, standing alongside, said Russian troops must withdraw immediately from their smaller neighbor.

President Bush talked tough, too, accusing the Russians of "bullying and intimidation," but neither he nor Rice said what the U.S. might do if Russia ignored them.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev's press office had no information Friday night on whether he had signed the cease-fire agreement. Russia's foreign minister assured Rice later that his country would implement the deal "faithfully," a U.S. official said. The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because Rice's conversation was private, said Russia was likely to sign the deal Saturday.

As the secretary of state spoke in Tbilisi, Russian forces remained camped out just 25 miles away.
I received an email from a friend in Moscow. The author of the email is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, US Military, now living in Russia. You might say he is a little closer to what is going on in Russia than other Americans. I am watching RTR Planeta out of Russia but not sure what some of the scenes are or the reporting content. I read Russian better than trying to hear it and keep up.

Are you aware that Christian Georgia is now 60% Muslim and the Georgian government is controlled by Muslims and some key Zionist Jews?

I thought that interesting ­ Muslims attacking and killing Russian Christians in South Ossetia, aided and abetted by Zionist Jews and the US via Blackwater USA thugs. I have not seen CNN or BBC address that nasty little detail. Not once. It could be a huge detail and smells to me like the Balkans, Serbia, Kosovo, ethnic cleansing on the basis of religion. That might be why many of the EU nations are becoming very uneasy with Bush and this latest stunt.
Most Americans are not aware that the US was FUNDING the Muslims in Kosovo in that US-backed ethnic cleansing campaign through our current UN Muslim ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad. All of this was being done so the US could come up with the excuse to Balkanize the Balkans. Remember well, America ­ that all occurred during the Clinton Administration. The US was funding that ethnic cleansing, and after about 1 million dead Clinton went to 'Wag the Dog' while the Monika Lewinsky matter was embarrassing our nation. Remember, too, that Gen Wesley Clark was in charge of the bombing to stop the ethnic cleansing - that the US started in the first place.

It was during this period of time that the EU lost a vast amount of respect for America. Bush, of course, has managed to finish off that respect rather than rebuild it.

If you saw any of the UN Security Council sessions regarding this Georgia matter, that fact might clue you in as to why the Russian UN Ambassador has NO RESPECT for Zalmay Khalilzad. About half of the Balkans wants that rat bastard dead. The biggest reason that Russia has been so adamant about Kosovo is because the Serbians are ethnically related to the Russians and many of them are in fact Russian Orthodox Christians and even speak related languages, using related alphabets. Khalilzad, too, is a war criminal, protected by the US.

I watched the press conference between Angela Merkel and Dmitry Medvedev that aired from Sochi, Russia right after the Black Poodle ­ Saakashvili 'press conference.' Merkel looked like she was about to have a "Depends Moment" and Medvedev is not backing up one inch.

War Crimes were perpetrated against Russian Orthodox Christians and the bristles on the back of the Bear are up. . .and they are going to stay up until George Bush and his Zionist zhid friends back up and get gone.

Russia is making it clear it intends to prosecute Mikhiel Saakashvili for war crimes. They should include Bush and his Zionist zhid friends. . .and I fervently hope they intend to do just that. Angela Merkel was about to crap her britches in the press conference with Medvedev. I watched her closely, remembering how recently she had groveled before the Zionist Jews in the Knesset in Tel Aviv. What was that sudden flare up of anger by Saakashvili while Rice stood there stone-faced? It finally dawned on me that Saakashvili was speaking the truth (for a rare moment) and Rice was hoping the world would not pay attention to what he was saying. NATO membership was denied to Georgia due to the 'territorial disputes' solely caused by US, Zionist Israel and the current Muslim­Zionist regime in Georgia.

I would like to know more about this naval attack by a Georgia gunboat and the Russian frigate sinking it. Why would Georgia be blocking aid inbound from Russia? That apparently happened the day before (Thursday) when most of the world thought the Big Bad Bear attacked, unprovoked, poor little Georgia the same day the Olympics started.
