Freeman on the land under Common Law

John Harris of TPUC serving his affidavits to the queen

The answer to the corrupt and incompetent government in the UK is extremely simple and it's not riots and violence - or even demonstrations.

Enter into a peaceful Lawful Rebellion under Article 61 of the Magna Carta of 1215 and become a Freeman on the Land at Common Law - currently, about 200 people a day are serving the Queen with Affidavits and entering into Lawful Rebellion.

Acts of parliament are not Laws, they are Statutes - and according to Blacks Law Dictionary, a Statute is a Legislative Rule of a Society, given the Force of Law by the consent of the governed - by becoming a Freeman on the Land at Common Law you are expressly removing your consent to be ruled by Acts of parliament in a manner that has been lawful for almost 800 years! - Why do you think Statues are called ‘Acts? - They only Act as Laws!

Once a Freeman, you are only liable to adhere to the Common Law of the Land - which in principle means you must not harm or injure another human being, cause a loss of property, or use fraud in a contract. Simple - No Victim - No Crime.

In addition, you can serve government agencies, such as the police, with a 'Notice of Understanding and Intent' and a 'Claim of Right' to clarify any issue you want (as long as it adheres to Common Law principles) - for example, you can draw up a Fee Schedule and charge the police for your time (How does 500.00 per hour sound?)

It really is that simple - I undertook the process myself last month - peaceful non-compliance with unjust laws and non-payment of unfair taxation is the only way forward…

Love, Peace, Justice, for All.

Neil Kerslake,
Freeman on the Land at Common Law.

MP George Galloway has been blocked from visiting Canada because of his support for Hamas.

Mr Galloway was reported to be giving a speech in Toronto later this month but has been denied entry because he is said to be a threat to national security. Canadian Immigration minister Alykhan Velshi said:

"I'm sure Galloway has a large Rolodex of friends in regimes elsewhere in the world willing to roll out the red carpet for him. Canada, however, won't be one of them. We're going to uphold the law, not give special treatment to a street-corner Cromwell who brags about giving 'financial support' to Hamas, a terrorist organisation banned in Canada."

In February the far-right Dutch politician Geert Wilders was turned away from Heathrow after testing the Home Secretary’s ban on him entering the country. Immigration officials denied the Dutch MP entry to the country after the Government decided he should not be allowed to attend a screening of his controversial anti-Islamist film tonight. Mr Wilders said:

"I am in a detention centre at Heathrow ... I am detained. They took my passport. I will not be allowed to enter the country. They will send me back within a few hours.” On his flight to London, he told The Times that the British Government was “the biggest bunch of cowards in Europe - It is easy to invite people you agree with, it is more difficult to invite people you disagree with and this is the proof of the pudding," he said.

Both were denied entry for the same excuse: 'A threat to security' - Wilders was not a threat to UK security and Galloway is not a threat to Canadian security. The true threat to security is the Government suppression of the right to free speech.

With the G20 approaching time to check your reality

We are living in strange times and some important moments are approaching fast. It is time for all people to take a stand, to demand the Truth from their politicians and to educate themselves sufficiently, to be knowledgeable enough, to know when they are getting lied to.

The Truth will set you free but first it will piss you off. David Icke said in his latest newsletter:

"The one I want to emphasise here is the need to stay calm and react peacefully to what is happening. This is not easy when there is so much stress and fear around with regard to the economic present and 'future', but we need to do it all the same or we will walk straight into a massive trap that has been set for us.
Let's get this straight: They want you to riot in response to the unfolding economic catastrophe and we are already seeing people falling for this"

The G20 bunch

We need to be Gandhi like in these times particularly taking into account the heinous Lisbon Treaty and as Helga Zepp-LaRouche in Executive Intelligence Review from the 7 April 2008 says:

Lisbon Treaty allows for Death Penalty across EU - The "'Summer of Rage" could be Lethal
Professor Schachtschneider pointed out that it [the European Union reform treaty, a.k.a. the Lisbon Treaty] also reintroduces the death penalty in Europe, which I think is very important, in light of the fact that, especially Italy was trying to abandon the death penalty through the United Nations, forever.

And this is not in the treaty, but in a footnote, because with the European Union reform treaty, we accept also the European Union Charter, which says that there is no death penalty, and then it also has a footnote, which says, “except in the case of war, riots, upheaval” – then the death penalty is possible.
Schachtschneider points to the fact that this is an outrage, because they put it in a footnote of a footnote, and you have to read it, really like a super-expert to find out!

The Irish Situation

A little background on the Lisbon Treaty:

Referendum
In order for the Irish Government to ratify the Treaty, the Irish government needed to put the matter to a referendum. The proposed Twenty eighth Amendment of the Irish Constitution (that the Irish State (Irish Government) may ratify the Treaty of Lisbon) was defeated by 53.4% to 46.6%, with a turnout of 53.1%.

There were unsuccessful calls for governments to hold referendums in some other member states as The Sun reports on 17th July 2008

BRITAIN has officially ratified the controversial Lisbon Treaty, it was announced today.
The Government confirmed that the final stages of passing the agreement have been completed. But the future of the deal is still in doubt as EU leaders consider how to respond to Ireland’s surprise referendum “no” vote last month.

Under the UK’s ratification process, both houses of Parliament must pass the treaty.
The Queen then gives Royal Assent, and signs goatskin “instruments of ratification” along with the Foreign Secretary. These are then sealed, bound in blue leather, and deposited with the Italian ministry of foreign affairs in Rome.
A spokesman for the Foreign Office said all these stages had now been completed.
“The documents were lodged in Rome yesterday,” he said.

Foreign Secretary David Miliband is due to deliver a statement to Parliament on the matter later. The process had been stalled while a High Court challenge was considered over the Government’s refusal to hold a referendum on the treaty, but that was dismissed last month.
Under EU rules, all 27 member states must ratify the Treaty before it comes into effect.

And a little History on the EU

The Real Face of the European Union - 42:32 - Feb 24, 2006
Phillip Day

The EU has been sold to Britain as our best hope for the future . . . But behind the scenes, has another, more unsettling agenda been unfolding? The European Economic Community (EEC) began for Britain as a free-trade agreement in 1972. Today's European Union is well on its way to becoming a federal superstate, complete with one currency, one legal system, one military, one police force รข even its own national anthem. In this shocking new documentary featuring EU insiders and commentators, independent author Phillip Day covers the history and goals of the European Union, as well as the disturbing, irrevocable implications this new government has for every British citizen. Whether the viewer is for or against Britain's participation, this film asks the troubling questions the mainstream media has refused to confront.

Michael Hudson -v- Gordon Brown...who do you believe?

Gordon Brown wants to infect the leaders of the G20 countries with his Walter Mitty fantasies.* If he succeeds in luring them into his make-believe world the collective denial about the roots of the global economic crisis will mean the depression may well exceed the worst excesses of the ’30s.

The Prime Minister is scheming hard to transmit his tragic syndrome for when they arrive in London on April 2.Brown will cajole them into focusing on a narrow set of strategies. He wants them to think that the cause of the crisis is international – and entirely due to America’s sub-prime mortgage scandal. It isn’t.

If he succeeds, he will have conned these nations into misdiagnosing the problem. And that automatically means their “remedies” will be so far off the mark, that they are bound to fail.

“Don’t blame me, Guv”

During his visit to Washington, to bask in the reflected glory of Barrack Obama, Brown refused to apologise for his due diligence failures whilst he was steering the UK economy. Why should he? After all, there was nothing wrong with the British economy! Or so the Prime Minister would have us believe.

In the briefing for the G20 summit, Brown authorised an account that will for years to come be studied as a key document in the black art of state propaganda. This is how the UK is portrayed in Road to the London Summit:

“The global economy was growing strongly when the sub-prime crisis hit. In the UK, the economy was close to trend, inflation was close to target, public sector debt was relatively low and unemployment remained low. The US economy was the first to slow, but the crisis quickly spread to other advanced economies.”

* Walter Mitty is a James Thurber character who lived a life of fantasy. The name is now used to refer to an ineffectual dreamer.
